Registration
The conference will take place over five days and offers a full program of talks, poster sessions, networking opportunities, and social events.
All presenters must register to attend.
Registration Period¶
- Registration: March 16, 2026 - August 24, 2026 (11:59 pm MT)
- On-site Registration: August 24, 2026 - August 28, 2026
Registration will remain open until the conference is full.
Registration Fee¶
Registration Fee: $400 USD
The registration fee includes:

Conference Banquet
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and Coffee/Tea Breaks. To attend the conference banquet, there is an additional fee $XX per accompanying person.
Register for SNS 2026¶
We encourage all participants to register early, especially international participants to allow for visa processing times.
When registering please indicate if you will need documents to support your visa application. We can provide a letter of invitation, overview of the conference, itinerary in the United States.

- Interest in visiting Los Alamos National Laboratory and/or the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory: Pulsed Field Facility
