Museum Hill¶
Museum Hill is a cultural and artistic center located about two miles southeast of downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Camino Lejo. It features a collection of world-class institutions, scenic outdoor spaces, and sweeping views of the surrounding high desert and mountain foothills. Plan on an afternoon to partake of the art, history, and culture of the Native American Southwest, our Hispano arts past and present, and folk traditions from around the world at Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, Museum of International Folk Art, Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian and Nuevo Mexicano Heritage Arts Museum. The best spot for kids is the Folk Art Museum. There's plenty of parking and great spots to pause outdoors and admire the larger-than-life sculptures on the property.

Bandelier National Monument¶
Bandelier National Monument protects, preserves, and interprets an outstanding portion of the Pajarito Plateau, including one of the largest concentrations of Ancestral Pueblo archaeological sites in the American Southwest. The park provides opportunities for people to connect with and enjoy a diversity of cultural and natural resources, striking scenery, wildlife habitats, remnants of a volcanic landscape, and wilderness.
We are providing transportation from the conference hotel (Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Downtown) to Bandelier National Monument. The bus will depart from the hotel at 2 pm and return by 6 pm.
National High Magnetic Field Laboratory: Pulsed Field Facility¶
The National High Magnetic Field Laboratory's Pulsed Field Facility, located at Los Alamos National Laboratory, is the only pulsed magnetic field user facility in the United States. It provides scientists worldwide with access to ultra-high magnetic fields ranging from 50 to 100 tesla and higher for advanced materials and physics research.
