Abstract Submission

We welcome researchers to contribute to SNS 2026 by submitting an abstract for our scientific program. In addition to the invited talks, there are dedicated slots available for contributed oral presenations as well as poster presentations. You can indicate your preferred presentation format (poster and/or talk) during the submission process.

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission: March 2, 2026 - May 31, 2026 (11:59 pm MT)
  • Notification of Presentation Type: June 15, 2026
  • Program Published: August 1, 2026

All submitted contributed abstracts will receive a presentation (oral or poster), until the conference is full.

Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline to guarantee inclusion in the scientific program. Meeting organizers are not obligated to include contributed abstracts submitted after the deadline.

Abstract Submission

All abstract registrations (including invited speakers) must be submitted through the online submission system. Registrations sent via e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted. Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your abstract submission.

Please note: The abstract submission does not include conference registration. All invited and contributed presenters must register for the conference via the Registration Portal.

Information you will need to complete the submission process

  • Title of the presentation in English (max. 100 characters, including spaces)
  • Name and affiliation of the presenter and all co-authors
  • Full Abstract (abstract, max. 300 words)
  • Presentation Preference Type: Poster and/or Talk

Submit Abstract

The abstract submitter must be the one who makes the presentation. Each presenter can submit only ONE abstract for this conference.

Presentation preferences (oral or poster) will be considered, but the final program will be determined by the Program Committee. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, we appreciate your understanding if adjustments are necessary.
